Useful information regarding the certificates of participation:
*In order to obtain CME credits (ECMEC®s), the necessary documents will be submitted to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
*The Certificate of Participation with CME credits will be issued online, only to participants who attend the event and who meet the conditions regulated by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.
*In order to issue the certificate of participation with CME credits, participants will have to fill in the feedback form within 25 days from the end of the event. After this period, the organizers will send the report and the list of participants to the institutions providing CME credits. Filling in the feedback form will be done in the personal account that can be accessed at this link: https://online.medevents.ro/account/login
*After the expiration of the 25 days, the feedback form will no longer be available. After this date, certificates with CME credits will NOT be issued.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Students, resident doctors and retired doctors will have to upload in the registration form the proof by which they certify this status (passbook / certificate / coupon)
*The option to participate in the Welcome Cocktail and/or Gala Dinner must be expressed at the time of the registration. Otherwise, the participant will not have access.
*In case of payment by bank transfer, please specify: the proforma invoice number, Name and Surname of the person for whom the fee is paid.
*The value of the event participation fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines in the table above.
*For participants who sign up and pay the participation fee after 20.02.2026, the bag and the congress materials will be granted subject to availability.
Cancellation of registration/refund of paid fee:
Requests for the registration to be cancelled and for refund of the participation fee must be sent to the official conference address cem2026@medevents.ro
